Message From The Pastors
aboutourpastorpict.jpg
Dear Worker

When the Lord led Jennifer and I to begin The House of Glory Word Outreach Center in February of 1993, He had already given us a vision of the types of ministries this body of Believers would establish and govern through the principles and the doctrines that are contained in God's Holy Word. This vision entails a local church that would teach and operate in those principles to such an extent that it would literally become as a lighthouse spreading it's beacons across the land and which the Lord our God has given to us proclaiming the good news of Jesus.

The House of Glory Word Outreach Center is the nucleus for training warriors, and from the heart of this center will flow ministries to include(l) Prison Ministries (2) Street Ministries and (3) Nursing Home or Senior Citizen Ministries (4)Singles Ministries (5) Men & Women Ministries. The operation of these ministries will only be successful through fasting, prayer and consistent sound teaching and leadership.

As the Pastor and Under-Shepherd of The House of Glory Word Outreach Center, We have a personal commission from the Lord, which He first gave to Peter when He instructed him, "to feed My sheep." With the help of dedicated laborers, we can all work together and play an important role in meeting the demands of the Ministry and spiritual needs of the "sheep" that God sends to the House of Glory.

The primary purpose of this Ministry is to minister the uncompromising Word of God. It is, and has always been, my aim to minister and serve by precept and example. I trust it is yours as well. Let us all undertake to maintain the integrity of this Ministry which God has given us, so that it will be continually above reproach ad transparent to the whole world. Let us continually strive to achieve the same kind of love, compassion, faithfulness, strength, truthfulness, self-control, patience and motivation for service as displayed by our Wonderful Savior, Jesus, so that one day, like Him, we too can hear the words, Well done thou good and faithful servant.

I encourage your active participation and cooperation and urge you to be steadfast in your personal commitment in whatever capacity you serve here in the Helps Ministry.

Jennifer and I greatly appreciate your assistance, your ongoing support and especially your consistent prayers. As I have stated so many times before, this vision is much greater than any one man or church. It is up to us as a collective body to do the part that God has mandated for us. We need your help in fulfilling this great commission. We are in agreement with you that all your needs are met. May God's richest blessings be always yours, in Jesus name, Amen.

Yet now be strong. O Zerubbabel,, saith the Lord; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedeech, the high priest: and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the Lord and work: for I am with you, saith the Lord of hosts: According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not, for thus saith the Lord of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; And 1 will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts. The silver is mine and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts. (Haggai 2:4-9 K J V)

Yours in Christ,
Pastors Willie & Jennifer Nelson
